We use UPS for our shipping because of the easy package tracking and predictable service. Prices above are for UPS ground. If you need 2nd day air, the cost is 80% more.
If there is breakage:
Every effort is made to pack each product safely. Much care is given to our packing process and we have a very good record for safe arrival of our product. However, if there is breakage, keep the package with all the packing materials and call UPS to inspect the box. All packages are insured.
Local Pickup
If you live in the area and want to pick up your order at the store, you may choose "Local Pickup" as a shipping option when you check out, and you will not be charged for shipping.
